About its creation
This beauty is made from scratch using traditional millinery techniques. This headpiece is adorned with Curled aqua blue crin twirl with hat wiring to hold its shape, individually made rhinestone roll and jewelry wired petals. Its base is light blue pinopok hammered abaca and its inner is ivory sinamay handblocked on a wooden hat block and finished with ivory petersham ribbon and two gold plated fascinator combs.
